Leadership Transition at Ayvens Ireland

Dublin, Ireland – September 16th, 2025

Ayvens announces that Sharon O’Buachalla will be stepping down from her position as Managing Director of Ayvens Ireland (formerly LeasePlan) to retire on 1 December 2025. She will be succeeded by Kevin Harty, currently the Commercial Director for Ayvens Ireland, who will take up the role of Country Managing Director for Ayvens in Ireland.

With Kevin stepping into this role and working closely with Sharon over the next three months, the transition will be smooth and seamless, ensuring that the high standards set by Sharon are maintained. Kevin brings the skills, experience, and commitment necessary to continue driving success, and his focus will remain on delivering excellent service and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
