At Ayvens, service is extremely important to us. If something went wrong or is not to your satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
You can register a complaint by filling in the form below, calling us on 01 240 7650, by email at ireland@ayvens.com or in writing at Ayvens Ireland, 4th Floor, Block C, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland, D18 X5T1.
How the complaint process works:
- Ayvens receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
- We will contact you within 5 days of receiving your complaint, and let you know how we plan to investigate it. We will give you an indicative time to resolution.
- We will update you on progress within 20 working days. If more information is needed, we will contact you.
- In all cases we aim to resolve complaints within 40 working days. If we are not able to do so, we will let you know why and how long we may need. If you are a Consumer*, you have the right after 40 working days to refer the complaint to the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman if you wish to do so. See https://www.fspo.ie.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request a secondary review by our Senior Management team.
- If you are a Consumer* and you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint after review by our Senior Management team, you have the right to refer the complaint to the financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman if you wish to do so. See https://www.fspo.ie.
*Consumers are any private individual leasing a vehicle from Ayvens under a Consumer Hire Agreement, any Sole Trader, or any Partnership.
