At Ayvens, service is extremely important to us. If something went wrong or is not to your satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
You can register a complaint by calling us on 01 240 7650 by email at ireland.ie@ayvens.com or in writing at Ayvens Ireland, 4th Floor, Block C, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland, D18 X5T1.
How the complaint process works:
- Ayvens receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
- We will contact you within 5 days of receiving your complaint.
- If additional information is needed we will check in with you.
- In all cases we aim to resolve complaints within 40 days. If we are not able to do so, we will let you know why and how long we may need.
