At Ayvens, service is extremely important to us. If something went wrong or is not to your satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

You can register a complaint by filling in the form below, calling us on 01 240 7650, by email at ireland@ayvens.com or in writing at Ayvens Ireland, 4th Floor, Block C, Central Park, Leopardstown, Dublin, Ireland, D18 X5T1.

How the complaint process works:

Ayvens receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
We will contact you within 5 days of receiving your complaint.
If additional information is needed we will check in with you.
In all cases we aim to resolve complaints within 40 days. If we are not able to do so, we will let you know why and how long we may need.
