General fuel card questions

Why does my card get declined? There can be several reasons why your card is declined: - Incorrect PIN code - Too little time between transactions - The item has been registered with the wrong product code at the fuel station - The daily spending limit has been reached. To adjust the limit, please contact your company’s fleet manager. If you’ve used your personal card to pay for fuel, you can submit the cost using our fuel reimbursement form. See the section “ **How does fuel reimbursement work?**” for more information. How do I block ALL cards immediately? If you need to block all fuel cards immediately, send the keyword **LP SPERRE KORT (license plate number)** to **09245**How does fuel reimburssement work? Car accessories include washer fluid, wiper blades, oil products, and other car‑related items.What do I do with the fuel card when the car is returned? When the car has been returned, you do not need to send the card back to us. Please destroy the card and recycle it properly. **This is how to destroy the card safely:** Cut the card into several pieces, preferably lengthwise through the card number, so the number cannot be read if someone finds the pieces. Recycle the card as plastic. The chip on the card cannot be recycled as plastic. Cut it out and dispose of it as residual waste. For extra security, you can cut through the chip so it cannot be used or read.
