The delivery procedures and guidelines for normal wear and tear differ between corporate and private leasing. Below, you’ll find an overview of what is expected from you as a customer when returning your leased vehicle.
Additionally, Ayvens has developed a professional method for vehicle return at the end of the leasing period. We offer a service that is completely independent, fair, and transparent to both our leasing and used car buyers. We have established minimum standards regarding the expected condition of all returned lease cars. These standards are commonly known as normal wear and tear.

Drivers of company cars are responsible for informing Ayvens when the car is returned to the dealer. You can do this by filling out the following form.
Note: If you have returned the car at the car center (Kragerudveien 80, 2013 Skjetten), you do not need to fill out the form.
