Objective of the Role: We are seeking for Key Account Manager with expertise for light commercial vehicles (LCV) to join our team. You will be responsible for committing customers to Ayvens by providing first-class outsourcing services, with a strong focus on LCV development and consulting across all channels
We promise our customers high-quality fleet management that spans the entire vehicle life cycle, from the offer process to returns. Each customer will have a named Key Account Manager dedicated to attending to their interests.
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage key account relationships for existing corporate customers.
Serve as the primary contact for fleet managers and decision-makers in the LCV segment.
Organize regular customer meetings and events to foster engagement and collaboration.
Provide car policy consultations and detailed customer reporting.
Oversee tender and agreement management and negotiations for existing customers.
Conduct follow-ups on fleet performance, pricing, and additional service sales.
Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Consult and develop LCV product offerings tailored to customer needs.
Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need strong cross-functional cooperation skills and a customer-first attitude with a focus on relationship management. A positive and proactive approach to work is essential, along with a sales-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve goals. You should be highly organized and possess self-motivational skills, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks will be critical. Excellent communication and cooperation abilities are necessary, along with proficiency in analyzing and combining data to support customer requests. You should also have a high tolerance for stress and a commitment to understanding regulatory frameworks and associated risks, while adhering to all local and global company policies and procedures. Prior experience on mobility business.
Professional Qualifications - Education & Experience:
Commercial education with a minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant competense.
Proven account management experience.
Experience in corporate business environments.
Familiarity with market dynamics, competitors, and competing products.
Fluent in English and Finnish.
Experience with Salesforce is a benefit.

In addition this role is titled to car benefit on top of base salary + encouraging bonus as per our company policy.
