Senior Account Advisor, SME

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Account Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Engagement Team. This position is full-time and permanent.

As a Senior Account Advisor you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring profitability and overseeing contract lifecycle management. In addition we expect you to take a proactive role in the continuous development of the team's ways of working and processes. You will contribute to identifying development needs, designing solutions and implementing them in practice. You will also support the Team Manager in organizing work, prioritizing tasks and guiding day-to-day operations to ensure the achievement of targets and objectives. You will also actively participate in carrying out the team's operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing and maintaining the fleet portfolio
• Managing profitability
• Overseeing the contract lifecycle
• Ensuring the accuracy of customer data
• Providing daily customer service and ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Supporting the team in achieving established KPI targets
• Participating in development projects and initiatives
• Supporting the Team Manager
• Training and onboarding team members

Compensation start level is 3490 euros / month.
