Objective of the Role: We are seeking an Account Manager for SME customers to join our team. The primary objectives of this role are to grow our SME corporate customer fleet and insure customer satisfaction by offering the best in class mobility services to customer based needs. This role has the ownership of SME corporate accounts as the named Account Manager to address customer interests.
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage end fleet, sales volume, and profitability for assigned accounts.
Develop a strong understanding of the Ayvens portfolio of products (e.g., FSL, UCL, fleet management, LCV) and services (e.g., insurance, fuel service) to drive profitable growth.
Act as the key contact for fleet managers and decision-makers in the SME segment.
Proactively engage with customers to ensure retention, identify growth opportunities, and upsell services.
Conduct car policy consultations and provide customer reporting.
Manage customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Oversee existing SME customers’ tender and agreement management and negotiations.
Follow up on customer and segment performance, including fleet and pricing.
Handle customer complaints and lead customer satisfaction initiatives.
Ensure full utilization of Miles and Salesforce for account management.
Represent a positive corporate image to customers and partners.
Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need strong cross-functional cooperation skills and a customer-first attitude with a focus on relationship management. A positive and proactive approach to work is essential, along with a sales-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve goals. You should be highly organized and possess self-motivational skills, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks will be critical. Excellent communication and cooperation abilities are necessary, along with proficiency in analyzing and combining data to support customer requests. You should be committed to understanding regulatory frameworks and associated risks, while adhering to all local and global company policies and procedures.
Professional Qualifications - Education & Experience:
Commercial education with a minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant competence
Proven account management experience
Experience in corporate business environments
Familiarity with market dynamics, competitors, and competing products
Fluent in English and Finnish
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
