Ayvens roadside assistance is on call 24/7 every day of the year. Roadside assistance will help you for example when your journey is interrupted by a technical fault, an accident, running out of fuel battery or losing your keys. Once you have notified us, the service centre will take care of all the necessary arrangements. They will be ready with information about the services available to you as an Ayvens customer.

What’s included in roadside assistance
The roadside assistance will help if your journey is interrupted, for example due to a technical problem or a tyre puncture, even if you are far from home or leaving home.
By calling Ayvens roadside assistance, service center will assess the situation, provide help over the phone, and if necessary, dispatch assistance to your location. Service center will also try to determine how the costs should be covered. As a rule, the service is free of charge, and the costs are invoiced to the insurance company or the car make’s roadside assistance service. If the insurance company, the car make’s roadside assistance service, or Ayvens does not cover the costs, the charges will be invoiced to the customer company or the private leasing customer.
