1. ORDER CANCELLATION ADMINISTRATION FEE 180€ When cancelled more than 3 days after confirmation of the order, in addition to the possible car dealer cancellation fee.

2. TRANSFER OF AGREEMENT TO ANOTHER COMPANY 320€ The registration of the new holder company and the preparation of the agreement.

3. CONTRACTUAL CHANGES (contract length and/or mileage) 90€

4. RE-REGISTRATION (e.g. change of holder) 35€ /contract

5. DELIVERY, PICK-UP OR TRANSFER OF VEHICLES Helsinki region: 250 € Up to 350 km from an Ayvens return location: 400 € Over 350 km from an Ayvens return location: 650 €

6. TRANSPORTATION, TRANSFER AND PICK-UP OF ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO VEHICLES Helsinki region: 200€ Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä (up to 350 km from an Ayvens return location): 350€ Oulu, Rovaniemi (over 350 km from an Ayvens return location): 470€

7. FAILURE TO RETURN A VEHICLE TO AN AYVENS RETURN LOCATION Without separate written agreement until the vehicle is actually returned: one-month rent + 17€ per day (insurance penalty + any motor liability insurance compensation): + pick-up costs

8. FEE IF A CAR IS NOT RETURNED AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT AND THE CONTRACT IS NOT EXTENDED 50 €/month/contract (from 1.2.2025)

9. INTERMEDIATE VEHICLE INSPECTION 100€ Inspection includes a car wash. Other possible services are charged accordingly (eg. interior wash).

10. SEASONAL TYRE STORAGE 69€ per car per storage period

11. INSPECTION OF A RETURNED VEHICLE 200€

12. PROCESSING OF (UNPAID) PARKING FINES, PENALTIES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ANNUAL CAR TAX 100€

13. CALCULATION OF LEASING LIABILITIES (full fleet of a company): 100 €

14. FUEL SERVICE CHARGE: 2,50 € per card per invoice

15. DELIVERY OF PAPER INVOICES 5 € per invoice

16. AUTOMATIC INVOICE POSTING Initial fee: 250 €

17. EXPORT LICENCE/POWER OF ATTORNEY 100 €

18. TEACHING PERMIT 100 €

19. COPY OF LEASE CONTRACT 100 € per car

20. THIRD-PARTY INVOICING OF THE ANNUAL VEHICLE TAX 2,50 € per car per month

21. THIRD-PARTY INVOICING OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS If the insurance policy is other than Ayvens full insurance Car-specific: 2,50 € per car per month

22. INTERIOR WASH 250€

23. OTHER SERVICES 150 € per hour Minimum charge 25 € (e.g. Expense reimbursement)

24. PAYMENT REMINDER FROM LOWELL: 40 € + interest
