Should I choose a Business or Private Lease offer? To benefit from one of our offers, you must be a Luxembourg resident for a Private Lease, or employed by a company established in Luxembourg for a Business Lease.Is a downpayment required? The downpayment, also called “advance on rent”, is optional. You can choose to make one or not.
