At Ayvens, we are aware that incidents and accidents can happen at any time. That's why we offer a range of services to assist you effectively in these moments.
In the event of an accident
If you are involved in a car accident, follow the steps below.
Game theft and damage
In the event of theft, attempted theft, vandalism or damage caused by game, remember to declare your signistre.
What to do in the event of an accident?
Steps to follow after an accident with a leased vehicle:
- Safety first
Ensure the safety of everyone involved. In case of injury or danger, call emergency services immediately.
- Fill out a report
Complete your accident report and send it to our insurance department within 48 hours. In the event of a dispute, do not hesitate to request the intervention of the Police.
- No third party identified
For an accident or damage without an identified third party, fill out our specific claim form.
- Notify the authorities
If necessary, report the accident to local authorities and obtain a copy of the accident report.
- Take pictures
Document the scene of the accident with photos. Capture damage to all vehicles and surroundings.
- Vehicle Repairs
If your leased vehicle requires repairs, we will refer you to an authorized repair center for efficient service.

If you are faced with theft, attempted theft, vandalism or damage to game:
The first step is to contact the police immediately to report the incident. Once this has been done, please send a copy of the report to our Insurance Department within 48 hours:
