Predictable downtime

Repair, maintenance, etc.

For any foreseeable downtime, the vehicle is made available quickly: 48 hours are enough to submit your request to our easyDriving service.

Unpredictable downtime

Accident, breakdown, etc.

For any unforeseeable immobilization (breakdown, accident, etc.) lasting more than one day, the provision of a replacement car takes immediate effect via the Ayvens assistance service. The replacement vehicle usually corresponds to a First category (Corsa, Fiesta, etc.).
