Reimbursement of Expenses for Home Charging without Automatic Solution
Norgespris Norgespris gives you a predictable electricity price you can rely on – all year round. From October 1, 2025, through the end of 2026, the price is set at 50 øre per kWh, incl. VAT. The next adjustment will take place on January 1, 2027. This government-funded scheme covers electricity for both homes and holiday properties. The goal is simple: to offer people stability and peace of mind in their everyday lives.
Norgespris is not a new fixed-price agreement in the consumer market, nor is it a contract with the government for electricity delivery. It’s a way to make planning easier – and life a little more predictable.
Until now, Ayvens has refunded documented charging costs related to home charging from a smart charging box with its own consumption meter. In many cases, users provide us with a lot of documentation on charging costs every month when they are not connected to the automatic solution outlined below in point 1.
As a customer, you can choose from the following 3 options for reimbursement of home charging:
- The preferred solution and the best option for our customers are to transfer the smartbox to our current partner, Laddel or Circle K. The reimbursement will then come monthly via Laddel or Circle K, and we will have the charging cost added to the car. As of now, Laddel's markup is 62,5 øre incl. VAT per kWh, and Circle K's markup is 69 øre incl. VAT per kWh. Please contact Ayvens customer service to initiate this process as soon as possible.
- You can apply for reimbursement via a refund form with attached charging expenses, but Ayvens will calculate the reimbursement based on the average price per month and add a markup per kWh. The markup is set at 80 øre including VAT. The cost will be added to the car as an unspecified amount, not per charging.
- Note: Charging expenses that come in the form of a single receipt or invoice, without the need for manual calculation, will be reimbursed as usual without a markup (e.g., housing cooperatives).
Alternatively, the employer may consider a fixed amount for payment that can cover such costs for the employee. The electricity costs will not then be linked to the car's registration number."
