We are looking for HR Specialist to join our local HR team in Finland for a one year fixed term contract.

Main objectives of the role are:

  • The HR Specialist ensures HR operations run efficiently and timely, supporting both employee success and organizational goals.

  • HR Specialist to contribute to developing human resources management strategies and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness

  • Contribute to the HR team’s efforts to achieve the HR Department’s KPI's.

Areas of responsibility:

The HR Specialist supports managers and employees at Ayvens Finland on various People and Culture initiatives to support business. Key responsibilities include managing HR services throughout the employee lifecycle and the annual HR calendar, covering:

  • Talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding in cooperation with managers

  • Employer branding activities

  • Assisting performance management processes, including Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and objective setting using evaluation tools

  • Planning, facilitating, and following up on employee engagement surveys

  • Managing off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and trend analysis

  • Supporting development programs for managers and employees, including competency gap analysis

  • Managing learning activities to ensure continuous employee development

  • Documenting and supporting training and development initiatives

  • Drafting or revising HR policies and the staff handbook

  • Providing HR reporting to headquarters

  • Employee Events and management of employee benefits

  • Business travelling

Job requirements:

  • Proactive with a strong self-drive and self-management

  • Service oriented with well-developed social skills

  • Responsible and accurate working style

  • Flexible, open minded with good communication skill

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist role (or Employer Branding activities)

  • University Degree within relevant field (preferably HR)

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English

  • An advantage with experience from Workday and Peakon

  • Languages

The starting salary for this position is €4.000 per month. Additionally, we offer a mobile phone allowance, lunch and recreational benefits, comprehensive occupational health care, and other employee benefits. The final salary will depend on the experience of the selected candidate.
