Ayvens conduct and ethical principles
Ayvens, as part of the Societe Generale Group, follows the Societe Generale Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct emphasises several key principles, including the promotion of human rights and environmental protection, the prevention of conflicts of interest and corruption, the combat against money laundering and terrorist financing, respect for market integrity, data protection, appropriate behaviour regarding gifts and invitations, and responsible sourcing.
Ayvens has developed an anti-corruption code, which is integrated into its internal regulations. The Code Governing the Fight against Corruption and Influence Peddling is a testament to Ayvens’ commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Another important aspect of Ayvens’ commitment to act with ethics and integrity, is a mechanism to voice concerns in a responsible, effective and safe manner. Via the WhistleB tool, stakeholders can report actual or suspicion of misconduct or irregularities within Ayvens.
The respect of human rights is part of the Ayvens’ corporate responsibility towards its employees, in its relationships with its suppliers and within its activities. Ayvens is committed to complying with the human rights legal and regulatory requirements in the territories in which it operates. The respect and protection of human rights is also embedded in Societe Generale’s Code of Conduct.
