"Ayvens has delivered a solid quarterly performance in a volatile used-car market environment. Our strong focus on profitable business and cost reductions has helped mitigate the decrease in used-car sales’ result exacerbated by the impact of high oil prices.

The strong positive jaws drove the Group’s cost-to-income ratio down to 49.2% and 51.1% for 9M 2026. ROTE stood at 13.2% and 13.6% for 9M 2026. These strong metrics demonstrate the robustness of our model and the relevance of our strategic actions in this uncertain environment.

Ayvens is well-positioned to successfully achieve its PowerUP 2026 financial targets and ready to launch the execution of its Ayvens 2029 strategic plan."

Philippe de Rovira, CEO of Ayvens
