Ayvens announces the appointment of Andrzej POLAK as Managing Director of Ayvens in Luxembourg, effective as of 1 March 2026. He succeeds Dominique Roger, who will pursue new opportunities outside the Group, after 36 years with the company and 29 years at the helm of Ayvens Luxembourg (formerly ALD Automotive).

Today, Ayvens Luxembourg continues to grow and confirms its leading position in the market, which it has held for more than 20 years. This success is based on a robust organisation, committed teams and a strong corporate culture.

Biography of Andrzej POLAK

Andrzej POLAK has held various finance positions in Luxembourg since 2008, with Timken and Goodyear and then with LeasePlan in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Following the acquisition of LeasePlan by ALD Automotive in 2023, which resulted in the creation of Ayvens, Andrzej joined the Procurement Central team to ensure performance management, a mission that was extended in January 2025 to all the Group's Operations.
