How the complaint process works:
- 1.Ayvens receives your complaint, assigns it to the relevant team and opens an investigation.
- 2.We will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your complaint.
- 3.If additional information is needed we will check in with you.
- 4.We aim to resolve your complaint within 2 months.

In accordance with Articles L.411-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Ayvens Luxembourg (Axus Luxembourg SA) has set up a consumer mediation service for consumers. If, despite the solution proposed by our Customer Relations Department, you wish to pursue your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Mediator of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg - Ombudsman, 65, route d'Arlon, 1140 Luxembourg.
