- Drive performance-focused people discussions and support leaders in building high-performing teams.
- Lead and further develop Culture & Conduct initiatives, helping leaders translate company values into everyday behaviors and decision-making.
- Use workforce data, people insights and engagement feedback to support informed business decisions.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, annual people processes and governance requirements.
- Collaborate across HR to continuously improve processes, tools and employee experience.
What you bring
We are looking for a confident HR Business Partner who combines strong business understanding with sound HR judgement and enjoys building trusted relationships with leaders. You thrive in an environment where business performance, people development and governance go hand in hand.
To succeed in this role, you will likely:
- Bring solid experience partnering with leaders on complex people, performance and organizational matters.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree within Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Have experience working as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Understand how culture, leadership and employee behavior contribute to business success.
- Possess strong knowledge of Danish employment law and HR governance.
- Are comfortable analyzing people data and translating insights into actions.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in both Danish and English.
Why join Ayvens?
This is an opportunity to take on a broad and visible HR role where you will have direct exposure to leaders and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.
Beyond supporting your business area, you will have ownership of a key HR discipline and help shape how we work with performance, culture and people development across the organization. We offer a structured onboarding program, professional development opportunities and a collaborative environment where HR plays a valued role in business success.
In addition, we offer:
- Competitive salary, bonus and pension scheme.
