A look at the Volvo ES90
At Ayvens, we are thrilled to share Volvo's lates milestone with you. Earlier this year, Volvo Cars launched their new flagship model, the all-electric Volvo ES90. We can now start seeing the car in the streets. It’s the sixth fully electric model in their line-up, and an important milestone as they continue their journey towards full electrification. Combining the refined elegance of a sedan, the adaptability of a fastback and the spacious interior and higher ground clearance of an SUV, the ES90 is truly in a class of its own – and for some very good reasons.
Faster charging and longer range than any electric Volvo – so far
The new ES90 charges faster and goes further than any electric Volvo car before. Powered by the new 800-volt technology, along with completely new battery management software and hardware and a sleek design, the ES90 lets you charge up to 300 km in just 10 minutes at 350 kW fast charging stations. If you fill the battery up completely, the ES90 offers an impressive range of up to 700 km on one charge under the WLTP testing cycle.
The best aerodynamics ever
Sleek and practical: the ES90 drives more efficiently than any car they have ever built, thanks to its design. It has a drag coefficient of no more than 0.25 – the lower the value, the less air resistance. All things equal, this translates into less energy consumption and a longer driving range. The ES90’s sleek design with a sloping roofline contributes to its excellent aerodynamics.
Powered by dual core computing
The ES90 is the most powerful car Volvo ever created in terms of core computing capacity and their second software-defined car. It’s equipped with a dual NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Orin configuration, which handles functionalities such as, state-of-the-art active safety features, car sensors and efficient battery management at ultra-fast speeds. This allows Volvo to further raise the bar on safety and overall performance through data, software and AI. In short, the ES90 is a car designed for safe and enjoyable journeys every day, and to evolve and improve over time.
The driver understanding system
When Volvo Cars develop cars, they embrace the fact that drivers can sometimes be tired or distracted. That’s why the new ES90 comes standard with a driver understanding system that detects when your mind is not focused on the road and steps in to support. This advanced system uses real-time sensing technology to understand if a driver is impaired, tired, or distracted, so the car can step in to support if needed.
Seat comfort – in first and second row
To finish off, let’s put some spotlight on the fabulous ventilated seats where you can also choose massage and on the spacious second row with reclinable seats and luxury armrest in this car. The ergonomic seats are designed to further enhance the safe and comfortable ride experience.
