This decision to adapt the organisation of the Group’s General Management team was approved by ALD’s Board of Directors.

When the acquisition of LeasePlan takes place, expected in Q1 2023, a new distribution of responsibilities and governance of the consolidated entity will be announced.

Tim Albertsen, Chief Executive Officer, comments: “The acquisition of LeasePlan represents a significant step-change and our priority post-closing will be the efficient execution of our integration plan to create the leading global player in sustainable mobility.
