Ayvens appoints Roderick Jorna as Chief Remarketing and Asset Management Officer
Ayvens announces the appointment of Roderick Jorna as Chief Remarketing and Asset Management Officer, a newly created role which will be effective from 1 November 2025. Previously Chief People Officer, Roderick will remain a member of the Executive Committee.
In his new role, Roderick will be responsible for developing and overseeing Ayvens’ vehicle asset management strategy which aims at providing greater flexibility and optimizing the usage of the Group’s funded fleet at contract end, in particular for electric vehicles. This will entail building up and industrializing Ayvens’ current multicycle leasing capacity globally, as well as further enhancing the company’s used car sales capabilities available through Ayvens Carmarket, the Group’s global remarketing platform for vehicle sales currently present in 38 countries, as well as other channels.
“With this new appointment, Ayvens intends to enhance the value of its funded fleet by increasing vehicle utilization, while supporting the circular economy—particularly by improving access to affordable used electric vehicles—and by effectively managing the risks linked to the EV transition. I know that Roderick’s considerable experience and expertise, business knowledge and strong leadership in major transformations will be key assets to successfully develop Ayvens’ vehicle asset management strategy and contribute to the Group’s overall business and financial performance.”
