Managerial changes within the Group

Ayvens announces that John Saffrett has resigned from his position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (“Directeur Général Délégué”), effective 5 February 2026, to pursue other activities outside the Group. This was acknowledged by Ayvens’ Board of Directors during its meeting on 5 February 2026. Together with Ayvens’ Board of Directors, I would like to thank John for his strong contribution to the successful development of the Group over the last years in the consecutive positions he has held at Ayvens.

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Sommelet as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (“Directeur Général Délégué”). It will be effective at the obtention of customary regulatory approvals. Patrick will continue to be Ayvens’ Group Chief Financial Officer. I wish him every success in his new responsibilities.
