Kristine Gulbe has been appointed Managing Director of Ayvens Finland as of September 1, 2025. Kristine is joining Ayvens Finland from the role of Ayvens Country Managing Director of Peru. Kristine has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and leasing industries in Europe and Latin America. Kristine will contribute her expertise in business development, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

“I am joining Finland from Ayvens Peru, where I led strategic growth, boosted customer satisfaction and built high performing teams. My previous leadership roles in Mexico, Russia, Lithuania and Baltics shaped me into the result driven leader with passion for innovation and collaboration”, said Kristine Gulbe.

Kristine’s core leadership strength lies in her ability to transform complexity into streamlined, efficient processes. Leading with structure, strategy and empathy are the cornerstones of her leadership. Her international experience leading multicultural and cross-functional teams uniquely positions Kristine as a transformative leader for the company’s growth in Finland.
