Tyre damages

A tyre damage refers to harm to a vehicle’s tyre, which can occur, for example, when a sharp object punctures the tyre or as a result of low tyre pressure.

If the vehicle is still drivable, please contact Ayvens’ partners Euromaster or Vianor to book an appointment for tyre repair or replacement.

Tyre replacements due to damages, such as punctures and impact are not included in the lease. However, please check your company’s car policy for the agreed procedures regarding tyre failures within your company.

If your car is not drivable, call Ayvens Roadside Assistance at 0800 90909.

Roadside Assistance will tow your car to the nearest Euromaster or Vianor, or if possible, repair the tyre. Available 24/7!

Can I choose the tyre shop myself? Tyres must be repaired or replaced only by partners approved by Ayvens, specifically at Euromaster or Vianor.Can I fix the tyre with the repair kit bottle that´s in the car? Yes, you can. Please refer to the instructions in the vehicle's user manual. Company car drivers must obtain a new repair kit bottle compatible with the car model from our partners Euromaster or Vianor, or possibly from the authorized brand service. The cost is routed through Ayvens to the client company.
