Guide for company cars
Being a customer of Ayvens means peace of mind: you have outsourced your car worries to us. However, there are a few practical things you should consider, so we’ve summarized the most important points for you here.
- The lease contract for your company car includes
- Agreed driving kilometers for the entire contract period
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical repairs due to normal wear and tear
- Oil, coolant, and AdBlue refills at our partner Mekonomen
- Small accessories such as windshield wiper blades, bulbs, and fuses from our partner Mekonomen
- Summer and winter tyres with rims
- Seasonal tyre changes and tyre replacements due to wear and tear
- Inspections at A-Katsastus inspection stations
- Value-added tax
- My Ayvens portal for electronic management of you car
- The lease contract for your company car does not include
- Fuel
- Windshield washer fluid
- Car washes and waxes
- Breakages of glass, mirror, lights, antennas, hubcaps, etc
- Towing, transportation and pick-ups
- Fines, parking fines
- Tyre storage
- Tyre damage or washing
- Special burners
- Vehicle and diesel tax
- Registration and inspection costs due to modifications
- Use during inspection
- Insurance costs
The company where you are employed might pay some of the costs not included in the agreement. Check your company's car policy to see which services are available to your company's drivers.
Driver’s responsibilities
Maintenance Driver takes care of maintenance and repair of the company car in accordance with the maintenance booklet. Ayvens company car is serviced at our partner Mekonomen. Driver should also take care of minor checks between services, such as oil, fluid and tyre pressure checks, as specified in the owner's manual. Read more about maintenance
