Scheduled maintenance of Ayvens lease cars is in the hands of professionals. Have your scheduled maintenance carried out by our selected partners in accordance with the maintenance programme. Scheduled maintenance of your lease car is free of charge for Ayvens customers and the invoices for scheduled maintenance are sent directly to Ayvens.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that maintenance is carried out in accordance with the maintenance schedule and otherwise to maintain the vehicle in a good state of repair and in compliance with the provisions of the laws and regulations.

All scheduled maintenance and repairs for used lease cars are carried out at a Euromaster. You can book a service for your leased car via the Euromaster Fleet Center or by calling 020 778 9856 (weekdays 8-16).

Please note that you are entitled to a replacement car free of charge for the duration of the service of your used lease car (category A, 1 day, max. 100 km/day). Please remember to book the replacement car at the same time as you book the service from Euromaster.

Please also take care of small checks between services, such as oil, fluid and tyre pressure checks.
