The Macan EV is designed for versatile use, with Advanced driver assistance technologies and adapted autonomy to daily commutes. The Macan range has ranges between 590 and 641 km WLTP.

Verdict: the electric Macan is the worthy representative of the Macan, combining driving pleasure and the comfort of electric. There is no doubt that we will see more and more of them on the roads of the Grand Duchy !

3. Electric Cayenne: a promising future to be confirmed

The Cayenne, the iconic SUV that "saved Porsche" in 2003, will also switch to electric this year. Now available to order, Porsche promises an experience worthy of its reputation.

Features and design

The Cayenne EV retains its imposing and while taking up the characteristic elements of the EV range Porsche. The finishes are neat and the interior high-tech, with a large curved central screen.

Just like its combustion-engine predecessors, the electric Cayenne is already available in a standard version or a coupé version.

Verdict : Until we hear the first reports on how it drives, the electric Cayenne remains a Porsche promise that is well worth keeping an eye on.

4. Porsche Cayman and Boxter Electric: A Myth in the Making

Finally, the iconic small sports car is announced in an electric version, but its launch has recently been postponed.

This expectation fuels expectations around Porsche's ability to translate the pure driving pleasure of its sporty coupes into a zero-emission version.

Outlook

If Porsche manages to combine lightness, the precision and sound, key elements of the Cayman and Boxster combustion engine, in An electric version will be a masterstroke.

Purists expect to feel the sensations of intense driving that has made the 911's little sister famous.

Conclusion: Porsche electric cars, real Porsches?

Over the course of the models, Porsche demonstrates that electric vehicles can be synonymous with thrills, careful design and driving pleasure authentic. The Taycan proved that the Porsche soul transcends the engine while the electric Macan and Cayenne promise to continue this tradition in their respective segments. The Cayman and Boxster electric cars, on the other hand, represent a major challenge, but the Porsche DNA lets us hope for the best.

So even without the characteristic purr of an engine electric Porsches remain true Porsches, faithful to their promise of emotion and performance.
