Ayvens appoints new Chief People Officer
Ayvens announces the appointment of Emma Furniss as Chief People Officer, effective as of 1st June 2026.
Emma Furniss will report to Philippe de Rovira, Ayvens’ Chief Executive Officer, and will be a member of the Executive Committee.
Emma brings extensive experience in people strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development, having held senior HR roles across different business segments and served various global organizations. In her new role, she will lead Ayvens’ global people strategy and support the continued evolution of the company’s culture and talent development practices.
