Ayvens Finland strengthens its management team: Mikko Väisänen and Niina Lind to accelerate growth and enhance customer experience
Mikko Väisänen has been appointed Commercial Director of Ayvens Finland, and Niina Lind has been appointed Customer Service & Operations Director. These appointments support Ayvens’ ambition to strengthen customer-centric commercial execution, enhance the service experience, and drive profitable growth in line with its new strategy extending through 2029.
Mikko Väisänen started as Commercial Director of Ayvens Finland on 5 October 2026. In his role, he is responsible for developing Ayvens’ commercial operations and building sustainable, profitable growth. Key priorities include increasing customer value, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships.
Väisänen joined Ayvens from the position of Sales Director at Drivalia. He brings extensive experience from the finance and automotive industries, as well as from media and SaaS businesses. This broad background has provided him with strong insight into different business models, customer relationships, and the drivers of commercial growth in a changing business environment.

Niina Lind appointed to strengthen customer service
Niina Lind has been appointed Customer Service & Operations Director of Ayvens Finland. Enhancing and strengthening customer service is a key strategic priority for Ayvens, and her appointment supports the company’s goal of creating an even smoother and more customer-centric service experience.
Lind has had a long career with Ayvens and ALD Automotive. She brings extensive leadership experience in sales, customer relationship management, customer service, and business development.
