Question 1

Can I change my contract terms? How should I inform you of any changes in my contact details?

At Ayvens, we understand that you might need to adjust some elements of your contracts at any point of time. No problem. You will be able to change your tenure, your mileage and to add some of our support services such as Door-to-Door or Stand-by car.

Note that a contract change is possible just once during the contract. Maintenance cannot be removed or added after the finalization of the contract. Please note that depending on the required changes, some additional costs might occur.

How to modify your contract?

There are three simple ways to do so:

1. Log on to My Ayvens India app or My Ayvens India platform and send us a message from the contact form indicating the modifications you need.
2. Send us an email via [india.care@ayvensindia.com](targetSelf:mailto:india.care@ayvensindia.com) indicating the modifications you need.
3. Check with the Relationship Manager who will get in touch with us directly.

Question 2

Can I choose the make and model of the car I want to lease?

You can choose from any vehicle, variant and colour according to your choice and taste, as long as it is in line with your company car lease policy and your eligibility criteria.

You can also choose extra accessories you want to add, provided they are approved by the manufacturer at the time of buying the car. These accessories will be included in your monthly lease rentals. Please note that when you return the car to Ayvens, you can remove only those extra accessories which are detachable. You can also put in additional accessories after purchasing the car, but the cost will have to be borne by you.

Question 3

Can I take my leased vehicle if I move to a new town in a new state?

We understand that due to some unavoidable reasons you might need to move your vehicle to a new State. However, as your mobility partner, we wouldn’t advise you to do so as the laws differ from state to state. If you don’t have a choice but need to do so, Ayvens will not be responsible for the same.

Does Ayvens offer pre-leased cars for purchase or lease/subscription?

Yes. We offer quality pre-leased cars on lease as well as purchase. The cars that are returned to us after completion of their respective contract period are offered here. Question 5

Does the monthly lease rental payment change during the lease period?

Ideally, the monthly lease rental once fixed at the beginning of the tenure will remain unchanged.

But it might be changed in case you increase or decrease the contracted mileage, the duration of the lease and if you add some of our support services.

Alternatively, the monthly lease rental will be impacted in case of changes in the taxes of the state or the country.

Question 6

How is the rental lease calculated?

You only pay for how much you drive! Meaning: you don’t pay for the entire value of the car, you only pay for the usage and Ayvens takes Residual value risk based on the mileage and duration of the leasing contract and the additional services you opt for.

My company is in a tie-up with Ayvens, but I don't have a leasing contract yet, how do I contact you?

You have several choices:

2. You can also reach out to our dedicated team by sending an email at [india.care@ayvensindia.com](targetSelf:mailto:india.care@ayvensindia.com) or by calling on 1800 209 5253, from Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 7.30 pm & Saturday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

We are closed on Sunday and national holidays.

How to have a tie-up with Ayvens?

If your company is not one of our clients yet, send us a message via the [contact form](targetSelf:/en-in/contact-us/) and give us the details of the correct person to contact, either the Head of HR / Admin / Finance team. We will get in touch with them to explore the possibility of partnering.

To get on boarded, here is the list of documents we need:

1. Pre-sanction stage: KYC documents; incorporation documents; ownership structure; annual report / ITRs (audited duly signed for the last 2 years with notes to accounts); bureau check declaration form (wherever applicable).
2. Post-sanction stage: Master Lease Agreement; Board Resolution / Power of Attorney; conditional documents (if any).

Question 9

What are the possible contract periods?

It all depends on your needs: you can select from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 5 years. Based on the duration of the contract you choose, you can decide on the mileage: from 10,000 kilometers per year to 1.5 lakhs kilometers for 5 years.

Question 10

What happens if I leave my company in the middle of the lease contract?

There are three scenarios:

1. If you are joining a new company which is already an existing client of Ayvens, the lease rental can be transferred to that company, provided the new employer accepts it and the company, passes the credit check. There will however, be a change in the monthly lease rentals in such a scenario on account of ownership change.
2. The contract can be terminated by paying the surrender value\*.
3. If you have opted for an Ayvens UGO car, you have the possibility to continue the lease in your own individual capacity\*\* if the lease transfer to your new employer is not possible.

What is the process to lease a car with Ayvens?

- Check your eligibility with your company to know if your employment policy entitles you to a car.
- Choose the car you want, with the help of our innovative tool: My Ayvens Quote. With My Ayvens Quote, create and compare your own quotes, till you find the car that best suits your budget, location, mileage and duration expectations. If you need help, our dedicated team of experts is here to help you at any step.
- Once you set your mind on a car you can save and submit the quote in MY Ayvens India. Our team will review & validate the quote proposal. Post this validation & submission of the signed documents by your organisation we will order the car specifically chosen and personalized for you! You will be informed of the delivery date of your vehicle; all you have to do is relax while your dream car is on its way.
- The keys of your car are waiting for you! Come, pick them up and start your leasing experience by downloading and signing into My Ayvens India to manage your car and your lease contract. Time to enjoy the ride!
