As a customer, you are responsible for operating costs that accrue to the cars included in the agreement with Ayvens, including the cost of toll crossings.
In the case of self-owned cars (cars for administration only), the customer is obliged to notify Ayvens immediately if the car is sold/discontinued. The chip must then be dismantled and disposed of as electrical waste.
With a toll agreement via Ayvens, we can also order an additional agreement with AutoPASS ferry or a ferry card for you. Get in touch by email/phone if you have any questions, or submit a form via the website.
The advantages of collecting all car costs in one place are many, and now we will also collect all toll crossings and costs related to crossings in My Ayvens Fleet, updated after just 48 hours.

The
driver and the dealer agree on a time for the delivery of the leased car.
When a new car is delivered, the car user can also receive a fuel card and/or
a charging card. The service card is sent to the driver after LeasePlan has
received information from the dealer that the car has been delivered.
If you
rely on a car, aim for a fixed monthly price, or have specific model and
equipment requirements for your car, you should start the car ordering
process early. To ensure that we can deliver the right car at the right time,
we recommend that you start the ordering process already 9-12 months before
the desired delivery date.

Car
wash is an important part of car maintenance. When washing your car at a gas station, you can pay with your fuel card, if
you have one. However, it is a prerequisite that car wash is included in the
monthly leasing cost. If not, an invoice fee will be added, and the invoice
will be forwarded to you as the customer.
If you
choose one of our agreement partners for car wash, you can identify your car by showing your
service card, and the invoice will be addressed to LeasePlan. However, it is

Step 1: Order a smart charging box from Ayvens. Charge your company car at home with chip or company card.

Ayvens can only reimburse charging cost from a home charger that is well
documented. This means that if you have a smart charger that measures how
much power it uses, you can get a reimbursement. We can't accept the
power-bill for a whole house as documentation. If you have "Norgespris" you need to inform Laddel or Circle K that you have it, to receive the correct price.

Yes,
you can use the fuelcard to buy car-related products like washer fluid,
windshield wipers, or car wash.

In
larger parking garages, it has now become common to use license plate
recognition, and the invoice is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle.
It is important that you read the payment instructions on-site to avoid an
invoice fee from the parking company.
If it
is OK for your employer, Ayvens can connect your EasyPark-app to your
leasing-agreement. The cost for parking will be billed through Ayvens.
Fuelcard
though Ayvens does not have a chip, so this can not be used at parking
machines that requieres this.
To park your car, managed by Ayvens, at a parking facility where Parklink is the operator, you must link your account to the "LeasePlan corporate account." This will allow you to manage your parking, such as choosing to pay privately or through your job. The corporate account is free and will be added to your Parklink profile as an alternative payment method. Request access to the user portal here. From there, you can pay for parking within 48 hours of parking with Parklink.
If your car needs to be inspected for EU approval, you can book an appointment by calling us at +47 23 06 98 00 (press 4) or by filling out the booking form found by clicking the link below. We will help you find the best workshop in your area and book an appointment for you. We can also make sure that you receive a reminder via SMS the day before the scheduled inspection time.

If you have service and maintenance included in your leasing contract, you will receive a service card from Ayvens. The card's number is directly linked to the car and identifies that your leased car is managed by Ayvens. The card should be used to requisition goods and services related to maintenance, tire changes, and other services that fall under normal vehicle operations.
The service card should be presented at any workshop visit to ensure that invoices are addressed to Ayvens.

Ayvens has agreements with several repair shops. If you have had an accident with
your car, you must submit a damage report to LeasePlan as soon as possible.
You make the appointment with the repair shop yourself. Remember to mention
that it is a LeasePlan car and that the repair shop should contact LeasePlan
for an appraisal before starting the repair. See the contracted

If you
have received a stone chip, it is important to repair it as soon as possible.
If not, the result is often that the entire windshield needs to be replaced.
If your car has a stone chip, you should use a stone chip patch to protect
the damage from dirt and moisture. The patch protects the glass until you get
to one of our service partners to have the damage repaired.
