With the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app, you have information about your contract and car, and you can update your personal details.

You can easily book car servicing, get directions and contact details for the nearest garage, book the return of the car, report accidents and get roadside assistance (and follow the route of the tow truck).

With the app, you can check your contract and associated services, find the nearest or most convenient repair shop, schedule a service or return your vehicle, and locate repair shops for quick services such as tire or oil changes. If necessary, you can call roadside assistance and track the tow truck, or even report an accident in a simple way. In case of an emergency, you also have the option to quickly call our support line.I am waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. Can I install the app now? The app is only useful once you have received your vehicle and need all the services to ensure a safe and smooth driving experience. For this reason, you should only download, install, and register with the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app after you have received your vehicle.

How can I install the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app? Then click on the app icon on your phone. If you already have an account, just log in with the email address and password you previously chose. If you don't have an account yet, you must register by clicking on “Don't have an account? Register” on the home screen and following the step-by-step instructions. You can then log in with your email address and password, as well as a 4-digit PIN that you will need to set.The app is not available when I enter the store. What can I do? When you click on the link to download and install from the [AppStore](targetSelf:https://apps.apple.com/pt/app/my-ayvens-driver-portugal/id6480526415) or [Google Play](targetSelf:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pt.ayvens.app) store, or when you search for “My Ayvens Driver Portugal” in the stores, you cannot find the application? It is possible that your phone settings have the store set to a country other than Portugal (e.g., Spain). However, changing your store country may impact your user experience or have limitations on the number of times you can change your store country. We advise you to consult support on this issue directly in the App Store or Google Play. Registration

What information is required to register? To create an account on the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app, you need to identify yourself by filling in your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the license plate number of the vehicle you drive. You also need to set your desired password. Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive a message on the screen and an email confirming that your registration is complete. Welcome to the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app!When registering, I get the error "Unable to associate the license plate with the information provided." How can I resolve this? Check that the email address you entered is the one Ayvens has on file for you (if you are a service vehicle driver, we probably have your company email address; if you are a private individual, it should be the email address you normally use for contact). Also check that the registration number you entered is correct. If both details are correct, request support from [servico.cliente@ayvens.com](targetSelf:mailto:servico.cliente@ayvens.com).

Access

I forgot my password, how can I regain access? Whenever you forget the password you set, simply click on “Forgot your password?” on the home screen and enter your account email address. In the email you receive, click on the link and set a new password. To make it easier to access your account, you can link facial recognition and unlock access in the next session instead of using a password.Can I log in to the app using a PIN code or facial recognition? The PIN code or facial recognition can be set at the time of registration or later from the profile settings in the upper right corner.

Use the App

I drive more than one car. How can I add more vehicles to the app? After logging into the app, simply click on the > next to the license plate of the selected vehicle and enter the vehicle list view. On this screen, you can add the new license plate/vehicle. In each session, you must select the vehicle for which you want to use the service. The license plate is visible in the upper right corner, and whenever you want to change vehicles, just click on the >, enter the list, and select the desired vehicle with a click.
