When you return the car, a report shall be drawn up about the general condition of the car and a Returns Form shall be signed by both parties confirming the handing over of the following elements:

Although it is the customer who chooses the car that wishes to drive, it is Ayvens which owns it and, by a payment of a monthly fee, makes it available for use.
To drive the car, you must hold a current driving licence and you must look after the car throughout the contract period and follow the rules of the highway code.
Your company's car policy determines who can drive your operational renting car. Ayvens requires that any driver must have a valid driving license.

This is a specific application for Ayvens drivers. Anyone can download and install the application, but only Ayvens drivers can register and use it.
With the app, you can check your contract and associated services, find the nearest or most convenient repair shop, schedule a service or return your vehicle, and locate repair shops for quick services such as tire or oil changes. If necessary, you can call roadside assistance and track the tow truck, or even report an accident in a simple way. In case of an emergency, you also have the option to quickly call our support line.
To install and start using the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app, simply download and install the application from the AppStore or Google Play. Then click on the app icon on your phone. If you already have an account, just log in with the email address and password you previously chose. If you don't have an account yet, you must register by clicking on “Don't have an account? Register” on the home screen and following the step-by-step instructions. You can then log in with your email address and password, as well as a 4-digit PIN that you will need to set.
When you click on the link to download and install from the AppStore or Google Play store, or when you search for “My Ayvens Driver Portugal” in the stores, you cannot find the application? It is possible that your phone settings have the store set to a country other than Portugal (e.g., Spain). However, changing your store country may impact your user experience or have limitations on the number of times you can change your store country. In this scenario, we are unable to make the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app available, as the application is only available for the Portuguese market.
To create an account on the My Ayvens Driver Portugal app, you need to identify yourself by filling in your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the license plate number of the vehicle you drive. You also need to set your desired password. Once you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive a message on the screen and an email confirming that your registration is complete. Your username is always a valid email address and is often a work email address. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address on the home screen and click ‘Continue’. On the next screen, click ‘Forgotten your password?’, enter your email address and request a verification code. Copy the code from the email you receive and paste it onto the page. Then set and confirm your new password. From now on, you can log in using your new password.
The PIN code or facial recognition can be set at the time of registration or later from the profile settings in the upper right corner.
After logging into the app, simply click on the > next to the license plate of the selected vehicle and enter the vehicle list view. On this screen, you can add the new license plate/vehicle. In each session, you must select the vehicle for which you want to use the service. The license plate is visible in the upper right corner, and whenever you want to change vehicles, just click on the >, enter the list, and select the desired vehicle with a click.

No reservation is required. Go to Oficina Fácil and choose the MOT that is most convenient for you. According to contract conditions, the MOT workshop you choose will contact Ayvens to validate the value.

As soon as we know your new car's registration plate, we will order your fuel card, which will be automatically sent to you. Your PIN will be sent in a seperate letter for security reasons.
Where you can refuel depends on the type of fuel card you have and the agreement made with LeasePlan. If you're not sure you can check with your fleet manager or in your contract.
If you've forgotten your fuel card you have to pay in cash or with your personal debit or credit card.

The payment method is initially discussed and decided on during the development of the contract.
If the car was not delivered from the first day of the month but, for example, from the 15th of the month, then there is a 'broken' period. You will then receive an invoice where the remaining days of the first month plus the entire following month are charged. In this example, you pay for two weeks plus one month's operational renting rate. You will find the calculation in the invoice. After this you will pay the agreed rate monthly.

Drive-In Assessment
If you have Ayvens Insurance, you can use the Drive-In Assessment service in
the Lisbon and Oporto region (working days between 08:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.). This means that, if you have an accident, your vehicle will be assessed in just a few minutes.
To get an Assessment, please call Ayvens's Support Line + 351 214 400 910 and make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, go to the collision centre indicated by Ayvens and the assessment will be completed within about half an hour.
You can also view the list of garages offering Drive-In Assessment on the Oficina Fácil platform.
It depends on the agreements made with the contract holder. Your car scheme or lease agreement includes this information. If you do have a deductible, it will be settled with the contract holder.
In almost all cases, we pay for the damage repair. However, in certain instances, you will be responsible for the repair cost. Your costs are outlined in the general conditions of your contract.

If necessary, we may provide a replacement car while yours is being repaired. Please check your operational renting contract or car arrangement for coverage and any exceptions.

When you return your car(s), all damage shall be calculated and it may be assessed as acceptable or non-acceptable and may or may not incur extra costs. Find out in further detail about what damage is acceptable in the LeasePlan Reconditioning Manual for commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles.
As a rule, the special offers of Ayvens already include reconditioning for the sum of € 500 + VAT. In other words, an insurance policy that protects you, upon contract termination, from any costs associated with damage to the car up to a maximum amount of € 500 + VAT. For example, if damage is identified for the sum of € 800, the cost shall be the difference for the sum of € 185. In other words, € 800 in damages - € 615 on protection under the reconditioning insurance (€ 500 + VAT) = €185.
If you have any queries about the condition of the car, before returning it you may ask for a pre-inspection for an additional cost. This means that an inspection shall be carried out on the car and the damage shall be identified, if there is any. So, you’ll know what to expect when you return the car.
You also have the option, when signing the operational leasing service, of increasing the reconditioning insurance cover to be more worry-free at the end of the contract.

If this amount is exceeded, it shall be liable for the whole cost estimated and not only for the amount that exceeds the € 250 pay-out. Once a vehicle has been signed back to Ayvens we are not responsible for the safe holding of any valuables left inside. However, please contact us as soon as possible if you have left any valuables and we will endeavour to recover your belongings. Please note, if we cannot recover the goods Ayvens is not responsible for the value of the items.
Generally, you can request a private charging station in the following situations:
1) You rent the property and it has off-street parking. Contact the landlord and ask about the possibilities.
2) You own your property and it has parking space on your land. In general, realising a private charging station is no problem at all. The technical specifications will be discussed with you when you apply.

No, not in principle. Your home charger and charge card are registered in your name. To use the home charger, you must register with your charge card. A charge card other than yours will not be accepted.
You do not have to activate the charge card. It is ready for use when you receive it. You do have to connect the charge card to your charging station. You can do this via the website or app of the supplier of the charging station. This way the power consumption of the car can be reimbursed to you.
At home, you can charge your vehicle in two ways:
1) Using a home charging station: Safer and faster, the power plugs are especially designed for charging electric vehicles and allow for larger currents.
2) Using a standard power socket: The charging cable features security measures to ensure it's secured correctly and sufficiently grounded.
Away from home, you can utilise the following two o.ptions:
1) Public charging terminal.

Fast charging is not much different than normal charging. As the name suggests, it only goes faster. A big difference with normal charging is the use of direct current. With direct current, the inverter is not used in the car, but the battery is charged directly by the charging station. As a result, much higher speeds are possible than with alternating current.

When you return your car, you must also return all the accessories and parts that came with it.
As a rule, the special offers of Ayvens already include reconditioning for the sum of € 500 + VAT. In other words, an insurance policy that protects you, upon contract termination, from any costs associated with damage to the car up to a maximum amount of € 500 + VAT. For example, if damage is identified for the sum of € 800, the cost shall be the difference for the sum of € 185. In other words, € 800 in damages - € 615 on protection under the reconditioning insurance (€ 500 + VAT) = €185.
If you have any queries about the condition of the car, before returning it you may ask for a pre-inspection for an additional cost. This means that an inspection shall be carried out on the car and the damage shall be identified, if there is any. So, you’ll know what to expect when you return the car.
You also have the option, when signing the operational leasing service, of increasing the reconditioning insurance cover to be more worry-free at the end of the contract.

It depends on where you recharge it. In most situations, home recharging stations are most economical. The average electric vehicle uses 15 to 20 kWh per 100 km. If your home electricity rate is euro 0,20 and you drive an average of 15,000 km per year, your charging costs will range between euro 450 and euro 600 per year. When charging away from home, your rate is determined by the recharging terminal provider. A starting fee and incentive rate are often charged in addition to the kWh charge.

Yes, there is always the option of cancelling the Ayvens operational leasing contract before contracts ends. This option will involve an extra cost regulated in the contract whereby Ayvens shall apply a 40% penalty to the value of the remaining rents, applied after 12 months of the contract. In other words, the first 12 months must always be paid in full.
For example, you have contracted the operational leasing of a new car with a duration of 30 months, 25.000 kilometers and a rent of €200 per month. If you wish to end and cancel your contract:
8 months before contract termination, a 40% penalty is applied to the value of the rents yet to fall due. So the calculation would be: € 200 (monthly rent inc. VAT) x 8 months = 1.600 x 0.4 (40% penalty) = € 640. In this case, the penalty for early rescission would be € 640;
Once only 10 months have elapsed since the start of the contract, you must assume payment of the two monthly missing to make up the initial 12 months: € 200 (monthly rent inc. VAT) x 2 months = € 400. The 40% penalty calculation is then applied to the missing rents, in this case to the value of the rents pertaining to the remaining 18 months (30 months contracted – 12 initial months = 18 months). And it is applied in the following manner: € 200 (monthly rent inc. VAT) x 18 months (missing) = 3,600 x 0.4 (40% penalty) = € 1.440.
