Ayvens recognised as a Recommended Brand for the third year in a row
Ayvens has been honoured by the Complaint Portal as a Recommended Brand in the ‘Operational Leasing and Renting’ category, achieving this distinction for the third consecutive year. This recognition reaffirms Ayvens' position as a leader in the sector, registering the best satisfaction rating among fleet managers, with a score of 77.4, according to the Consumers Trust Annual Report.
The evaluation is the sole responsibility of Portuguese consumers who, over the course of the year, analyse criteria such as performance and the way in which their complaints have been responded to, and it is the only award in Portugal that is delivered by the hands of the consumer.
The evaluation criteria and methodology are based on the calculation of the Satisfaction Index, with the annual average being calculated from the sum of the monthly values. The study evaluated a total of 14,780 brands, spread over 26 categories and 279 subcategories.
