Forget multiple payments and surprises on your bill. For just €1.25/month (VAT included), you have access to a complete, convenient and secure service.

Find out about the fuel service arrangements:

  1. No joining fees

    The tag is rented from Via Verde through the Mobility service.

  2. Affordable monthly fee

    Only €1.25/month (VAT included), with a lifetime warranty and free replacement in case of malfunction.

  3. Additional service fee 

    4% applied to transactions (tolls, car parks, ferries, monthly fees, termination, etc.).

  4. Direct debit included 

    Simple and automatic billing on the monthly Non-Contracted Services (SNC) invoice.

  5. Transparent billing

    Based on transactions charged by Via Verde, reflected two months after billing to Ayvens.

  6. No associated cards 

    Greater security and control, with no need to link debit cards.

  7. Exclusive use by Ayvens 

    Valid only for vehicles with an active contract and registration linked to Ayvens.

  8. Simple activation 

    Done when ordering the vehicle or by email to servico.cliente@ayvens.com.

  9. Transfer between vehicles

    Possible upon request, between vehicles with an Ayvens contract.

  10. Mandatory return 

    If there is no transfer, the identifier must be returned within 10 working days.

  11. Post-contract monthly fee 

    May be maintained for up to 3 months after the end of the contract, unless returned early.

  12. Cost for non-return 

    A cost of £15.00 (VAT included) applies, according to the Via Verde table.

The cost of the service may be reviewed annually, reflecting any updates to administrative and operational costs.

Note: Please note that, as of September 2025, the service fee will increase from 3% to 4%, reflecting the costs associated with the financial and administrative management of the service.
